Using Deskpot

You may use Deskpot for personal or business productivity in accordance with applicable laws and Chrome Web Store policies. You may not use it to facilitate unlawful activity, bypass security controls, distribute malware, or interfere with another service.

Your content and links

You remain responsible for shortcut addresses, folder names, custom wallpapers, countdown information, backups, and other content you add. Deskpot does not endorse or control third-party websites opened through your shortcuts.

Third-party services

Some features rely on services outside Deskpot, including Chrome, Google Calendar, Google Drive, your selected search provider, Open-Meteo, and Freemius. Their availability and terms are controlled by their respective providers. Google Calendar access is optional and read only. Google Drive backup is an optional Pro feature that stores a private configuration backup for each connected device in the user's hidden Drive app-data folder. Both are subject to Google's terms and account availability. Freemius processes Deskpot Pro checkout, licensing, receipts, applicable taxes, and eligible refunds.

Free and Pro features

Deskpot offers free functionality and an optional Deskpot Pro lifetime license. The price, supported device count, included features, and refund period shown in the Freemius checkout at the time of purchase are the terms that apply to that purchase. A lifetime license means access to the licensed Deskpot Pro version for the lifetime of the product, subject to these terms, browser compatibility, and third-party service availability. It does not promise that every future service or separately priced product will be included.

The current Deskpot Pro license supports activation on up to three personal devices or Chrome profiles belonging to the purchaser. You may deactivate one device and reactivate on another through Deskpot or the Freemius customer portal. The license is for one purchaser and may not be shared with other people, resold, forged, or used to bypass license verification.

Payments and refunds

Freemius is the merchant of record for Deskpot Pro purchases. Payment details are submitted directly to Freemius. The current Deskpot Pro checkout displays a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy shown during checkout and applicable law. Contact support@heappslabs.com if a product problem cannot be resolved.

Availability and changes

Deskpot is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change as the product improves or as browser and service requirements change. We aim to keep descriptions accurate and provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects users.

Warranty and responsibility

To the extent allowed by law, Deskpot is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep a backup of any setup you would not want to recreate. Deskpot is not responsible for third-party websites, services, or data loss outside its reasonable control.

Ending use

You may stop using Deskpot at any time by uninstalling the extension. Locally stored extension information is removed according to Chrome's extension storage behavior.
